90 % SEMILLON,
10 % SAUVIGNON
Winemaking :
Pressed in pneumatic press. Selection of the first juices, natural racking of must at low temperature.
Fermentation :
During 7 months in oak barrels : 20% new casks, 80% in stainless steel vats. We select our best parcels for this wine.
COLOR : Brilliant, cristallyne with hints of green.
NOSE : Aromatic, floral, intense, lightly woody.
PALATE : Frank attack, clean, well rounded, fine, nice length, intense fleshy.
ADVICE : Nice to eat with scallop with a good sauce, with uncooked foie gras, fishes in sauce.
It's an elegant wine lightly fruity with big body.
