Vinification :
Pneumatically pressed - Selection of the first juices - Natural racking of must a low temperature - Fermentation between 17° and 19°.
Appearance :
Crystalline. Gold yellow with hints of green.
Nose :
Notes of boxwood and broom. Hawthorn. Very fresh and intense.
Palate :
Very fresh, refreshing, lively and fruity. Good length, rich.
Remarks :
Delicious with shellfish and seafood, also with a cheese soufflé. How about as an aperitif ? Enjoy it !
