Château Haut Guillebot Bordeaux Rosé

Composition : 60 % MERLOT, 40 % CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Vinification : On the Merlot we make bled Rosé and the Cabernet we use skin contact during 12 hours and also pressing, which gives good body and intense fruity aroma.

Color : Cherry colour robe. Brillant and crystalline. A luminous Rosé.

Nose : Red fruits, intense, elegant, expressive.

Palate : Nice palate, long, fresh, crispy, fleshy, delicious !

Advice : Enjoy it with a good country pizza or fresh pasta with grilled bacon. Don't hesitate, it's excellent too as an aperitif.
