Château Montet Bordeaux Rosé

Composition : 60 % MERLOT, 40 % CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Vinification : on the Merlot we make bled Rosé and the Cabernet we use skin contact during 12 hours and also pressing, which gives good body and intense fruity aroma.

Appearance : Cherry colour robe. Brillant and crystalline. A luminous Rosé.

Nose : Intense, very fruity (red fruit aromas). Fresh wine.

Palate : A round, fine elegant wine. Very drinkable and pleasant. Impression of eating fruit. Full bodied, long.

Remarks : Enjoy it with a good country pizza or fresh pasta with grilled bacon. Don't hesitate, it's excellent too as an aperitif.
