Château Montet Bordeaux Rouge
Composition :
70 % MERLOT,
15 % CABERNET SAUVIGNON,
15 % CABERNET FRANC
Vinification :
We pick up the grapes as we can at low temperature. Then, we make cold maceration during 4 days to extract fruity aromas. Then, we make a classical vinification between 29° and 32°, maceration during 2 or 3 weeks and malolactic fermentation.
Appearance :
Lovely ruby red colour, hints of violet, intense colour.
Nose :
Red fruit, cherry. Plenty of fruit.
Palate :
Supple attack, well structured, robust, but also fruity. Velvety and lively. Already good for drinking.
Remarks :
Perfect with a traditional camembert cheese or roast beef.
