History and geographic situation : This estate is in LABOUILLE family since four generations. The vineyard is on Barsac area, with a surface of 10ha. We are located nearby Château Coutet, first Grand Cru Classé in Barsac.

Characteristics of the ground : The soil is gravely and sandy, with a part of clay and limestone.

Regional grapes varieties : Three varieties of grapes are planted on the estate :
75% SEMILLON
10% SAUVIGNON
15% MUSCADELLE

The age of the grapes is about 45 years old.

Tasting :
. Colour : golden yellow, with green tint, bright, crystal.
. Nose : fruity, dry and exotic fruits, pineapple, apricot.
. Mouth : supple attack, round, rich, good balance acidity-sugar, long final. This particulary of this Sauternes is his freshness. You can keep it during more than 20 years.
